PostSubject: Spectreman   Wed May 27, 2009 3:47 pm

I was a Spectreman kid growing up, moreso than Ultraman. I would have throw a fit if I missed an episode, some fond memories indeed, Dr Gori and his evil menace ape sidekick really used to scare me back then, they had such a sinister vibe, loads of great action and tons of cool monsters / kaiju.

I have a bootleg DVD that has all 63 or so episodes! I can't believe a nice box-set has never been released for this mega hit in America. I was watching some episodes the other night they had such a nostalgic feel, but still as fun to watch today as they were back then. Any other fans?

All hail DR. GORI!!

This was/is a great series. It was my favorite show as a kid. I also have the bootleg DVD. It's still fun to watch
